Hilb Group Acquires Maryland-based Employee Benefits Business, Grows Mid-Atlantic Market Presence

Richmond, VA — June 20, 2023 — The Hilb Group announced today that it has acquired a Maryland-based employee benefits business, building on the company’s growing presence in the Mid-Atlantic region and further expanding its employee benefits client base and related expertise. The acquisition took effect June 1, 2023.

With operations in both Maryland and Pennsylvania, the newly acquired business will join with Hunt Valley, Maryland-based PSA Insurance & Financial Services, a Hilb Group agency.
